04/07/09 at 08:57 Royal Scots Grey – East Midlands Trains

photo image flickr

55022 Royal Scots Grey hums away as it storms north towards Swinton station working 1Z56 Sheffield Midland – Crewe. The train was the first run as a railtour company for Rail-Blue Charters, whose rolling stock is maintained by Cargo-D at their Long Marston Depot. A rather cool shot as it runs along the line.
